by now you’ve probably noticed all the amazing pictures popping up over our instagram, website, and blog. well, as you could have guessed, we had an amazing on-shoot location this spring. our lucky marketing team and photographer got to visit the lovely naples, fl area in february. all in a day’s work, right?
the atmosphere just set so well with our line. between the palm trees around every corner (hello, why-kiki) and the white, sandy shores (that’s you, knot-ical and shore thing), there was a backdrop for every pattern and style in our spring line.
if you haven’t caught on by now, we are not the “all work and no play” type of company, so of course we had to try out a few local spots. we stumbled upon 7th avenue social for dinner our first night, which has the best laid-back, cool-vibe atmosphere, and the craft beers and chicken tinga tacos were a hit at our table!
our favorite lunch spot was the local. the name says it all – almost everything on the menu is made from local ingredients. farm-to-table is right up our alley, so choosing a dish was nearly impossible! once we all settled on a flatbread, a salad, and tacos (noticing a theme here?), we were blown away by the flavors and presentation! we loved this place so much, we wanted to come back for brunch before our flight back home. unfortunately, we had to leave before they opened, but it will be on our list for future visits!
last but not least is our after-dinner drinks favorite, hobnob kitchen and bar on 5th avenue. just reading the cocktail menu had our mouth watering. the drinks are so original! we recommend the red kiamond margarita (with black salt!) and the blueberry mojito. one of our girls ordered a dirty martini and her response: “does anyone want to taste what a real dirty martini is supposed to taste like?” this place is a win for a girls night or after-work social hour.
