once i place my order, when does it ship?

our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days from the time the order is received. personalized orders require an additional 1-2 days. please know we do our best to get the product to your door as quickly as possible, but during peak seasons, the turnaround time may be affected. shipping time is in addition to this processing time. please note, we ship out of greensboro, nc.

can i pick up my order at the warehouse?

free local pickup is available on online orders at OR monogram orders placed at an outlet sale at our Greensboro, NC headquarters ONLY. see how it works.

how do you calculate my shipping cost?

shipping charges are based on actual third-party charges. please note, if applicable, all free shipping promotions are for ground delivery.

where do you ship to?

we ship to all 50 states! at this time, we only ship within the united states.

what if my item is damaged or needs to be returned?

if you have a defective item, we will gladly ship another out to you at our expense. shipping costs on returned items are at the expense of the customer.
