not happy with a product you received? please completely fill out the form below to initiate a return. please note, filling out this form does not gurantee a refund. once we receive your request, we will reach out to you via call and/or email. all returns must agree with our return policy. if your request does not meet these guidelines, we will inform you, and your return will be voided.
at thebuckheadbetties.com, we want you to be completely satisfied when shopping with us which is why we inspect your order carefully before shipping it to you. if a product did not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of unused, unworn merchandise (with tags attached).
you may return the product for a replacement or a refund within 14 days of the receipt of your order. any returns requested outside of the 14-day policy will be denied. once a return is approved, all items must be postmarked within 7 days. all returns must be reported via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. we will send you a return authorization number, and at that time your return may be sent back to us.
shipping fees are non-refundable unless merchandise is defective. return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
